Constructed in flannel or cotton fabric, with or without impregnation depending on the work to be done.
Manufactured in the following variants:
• Sewn Sheet Discs: Diameters from 200 to 1000 mm. and widths from 5 to 25 mm
• Ventilated Metal Staple Discs: Diameters 200 to 500 mm and staples of 80, 100, 130, 150¸ 180 and 230 mm.
• Ventilated Discs with a Metal Ring: Diameters 180 to 600 mm .; with several central diameters, as well as cardboard centers.
• Wavy Discs with Metal Clamp: Diameters 300 to 450 mm. and staples of 100, 130, 150 and 180mm.
• Ventilated Discs with Plastic Center: Diameters 50 to 160 mm. widths 10 to 60 mm. and 12/6, 14/6, 19/6 hexagonal holes.

Built with 8, 2 or 1 thread rope, as well as with Sisal Standard or Extra Strong. • Discs with Staple or Metal Ring: Diameters 200 to 550 mm., With staples of 80, 100, 130, 150, 180 and 230 mm. or rings of various diameters as well as cardboard centers. 24/6 mm. IMPREGNATIONS: • Flexible for Sisal and Sisal-Tela. For Sisal-Extra adhesion Polishing Paste fabric • Semi – Flexible and Semi – Rigid for Sisal-Tela • Rigid and Extra – Rigid for Sisal-Tela and Sisal • Universal for Fabric, good adhesion of Polishing Paste. |
